Well I finally geot the digital camera working correctly. While figuring this out I had to go through my computers files and lo and behold. Was in the back I have phtoshop elements which is apparently a version of phtoshop. I knew I had "elements of phtoshop" but I did not know they did anything. So basically I am just stupid. I have not played around yet with it but it lloks cool. Oh and BTW this saves a couple hundred bucks.

Many camera vendors offer what they call "Limited Editions" of Photoshop. Its Photoshop stripped down of some of the more technical features related to the printing industry. The average home user doesn't need those features so it trims down the cost.
