Powdered Milk?

I know I saw a thread on this before, but can I find it now---of course not

Is my memory correct that powdered milk is good for nepths and sarrs as a supplement food? (I'm interested in it mainly for the nepths).

If so, how much?, how often?, it gets mixed with water you don't feed the flakes, right?, and does it get root fed or go in the pitcher?

Thanks Travis, I knew it was out there somewhere, guess the only place I didn't look was in the Sarr's.
