Btw: I can't believe SirKristoff's N. lowii x ventricosa 'Red' ranks 10th. I thought his should rank much higher.

Interesting. What's the reason that some people hate lowii?

I don't know, I beg to differ. I love lowii, but lowii x ventricosa just doesn't do it for me. Of all the lowii hybrids it certainly interests me the least. I've never understood the whole x Peter D'amato rage.

Just my 2 cents.

I like lowii until it goes all peristome crazy. The monster mouth just turns me off.

Well its ecological niche is to digest mostly feces. You can't expect it to fit in with all the others!

True that.. but still. That just makes it even more of a poop mouth.
