Plants being weird

Okay, I know that D. prolifera will grow plantlets at the end of their flower staks and sometime VFTs will do it too. I have heard that a couple ot the othe temperate Drosera also have a tendancy for it but I just found one of my mystery pygmies has a new plant growing on the end of its scape.

As if these guys don't have enough replicative ability with their gemmae!

I forgot to ask in our email: is it a complete plant with roots and petioles, or is just the lamina evident? I'm sure you know that the sepals are just modified leaves, and I have seen this happen on capensis, and burmanii, but only the lamina were apparent, there were no petioles of roots evident.

No roots yet (that I saw) but it had the entire leaf, petiole and all. It also has the stipules (is that the correct term for all those long white hairs?)
