Pinguicula Pumila

Probably not as fresh as one would like but I don't really know. I planted them in a mix of 1/2 peat and 1/2 non-calcareous sand and they are at about 80% humidity.

with the subtropical US it is better to use fresh seeds, here all the old seeds have never germinated too.

otherwise your growing conditions look good
 
I agree I would prefer fresh but you get what you can get. I wish more people were interested in the native U.S. Pings but such is not the case in the States. Ah Well...
 
I find like you, that a pity, especially since other species, under species, variety or form are still to discover or rediscover 'in situ'
