P x weser flowering

Hello,

My surviving P x weser has got 2 flower buds in development. If it does flower, should I self pollinate each one individually with a toothpick and such, or should I cross pollinate them?

I've tried pollinating p.sethos but I didn't get any seed. The seed pod formed but it was empty. I remember that someone said that self-pollination doesn't work for some hybrids.
