P. moctezumae

I was wonder for those of you who grow P. moctezumae how dry do you keep your medium during winter? Also does this ping create a winter rosette? Sorry, if this has already been asked, but a friend sent me some pings and I wasn't expecting this one. I would ask him, but he is on vacation. Thanks

According to Dr Zamudio, it forms also a resting rosette but according to my own experience, it is better to keep it growing all year round.

I tried to dry a sample of P. moctezuma last year and found that the re-growing of this plant was very long and the plant seemed to have suffered from this resting time comparing to others without resting time.
