I believe this is just the Mexican Pinguicula you are looking for, Pinguicula agnata (True Blue). I do not know why it is called (True Blue), but it does have nice "green" leaves in nearly all growing conditions:
But, I grow my pings in partly sunny conditions, and none of them have turned red. I like it when the edges turn red, like my plant in the same post as my P. 'Apassionada' But, I dont like it any redder than that.
