Outside sundew in pa

I finally ordered my terrarium and VFTs in today, and will be getting my Drosera Intermedia soon...I'm so excited

. Thanks to everyone that's offered advice on that.


I was also interested in trying to grow some kind of Sundew outside. Are there any that would stand up to the harsh winters up here in PA? It'd likely be below freezing for 3 months and potentially get as low as 10 F. Any Sundews that like that type of weather, or do they mostly prefer the warmer southern climates? Thanks for reading...

I grow D. intermedia, D. filiformis ssp. filiformis and D. rotundifolia outside in Western NY. D. linearis might work too, although it's supposedly a bit more picky about growing conditions. Best luck with your new plants.
