Hey guys,
I set up a 30-gal highlander tank in my room recently and I really want to do the lighting right. I've been having trouble fining any though. I've been looking at t5 2ft fixtures such as these:

My Budget is $50. So I don't really want to get anything like these:

I'm really lost with this stuff, and it is critical that I find out soon because I took home more plants than I'd like to admit from the NECPS 2013 show this past weekend and have limited lighting on the tank now. I'll post pics tomorrow

I think that I will be ordering this 4 foot light. Anyone think that this is a bad idea/has something you think is better?
