New Orange Marble Koi Angel!!!!!!!!&#3

Hi,

Check out the Feb 2004 issue of Tropical Fish Hobbyist magazine and look at the new solid orange marbled Koi Angel -- it is a stunner! This is a show stopper. There is a great article on the genetics of the line breeding -- no hormones, or weird glo-genes -- just plain old mutations and breeding.

The whole issue is excellent. TFH has really improved this past year under new leadership and has become a pleasure and even an excitement to read after years of so-so status.

You say that as though it's desirable.

mutations doesn't neccisarily mean deformed. a venus flytrap, "red dragon" is a mutation, but its still beautiful... Sarracenia leucophylla, "Tarnok" is a mutation too! and that goes for the black and yellow dendrobatus auratus, red dendrobatus tincorius, seedless grapes, apricots, oranges, there are thousands more
