He looks like e was sucked into a meat grinder. Then someone glued him together.

That is one of the most bizarre vft deformities I have ever seen.

All traps are deformed and the next leaves are more crested

Monster is right, Pygo. If clones of this form grow morphologically true I would expect you will have a hit on your hands. Do you have a name in mind for it?

It looks like a mirror cultivar, but the mirror is cracked and warped and whatnot
