Nepenthes repotting question

Hi, new member here. Question: I have had a nepenthes x miranda for just over a year. It has since grown (what I think are) 2 basal shoots. All 3 plants are now about the same size, but the main plant hasn’t produced large pitchers in several months, while the two basals are producing nice smaller ones. The pot it has been in for the past year (the current pot) is only about 4 inches in diameter. Should I repot the whole deal, or should I separate the plants? And if I were to repot the whole group, do I basically just wind damp long-fibered sphagnum moss around the unpotted rootball until it fills a larger pot, or do I need to loosen the roots first? Thank you for your help!!
