Why not ship the plant potted if you're going to cut it to the base? That will probably set it back quite a bit.

I'm keeping the plant, the only part up for this giveaway is the stem upwards without roots thus a cutting. I'm keeping the root/ball as is, there is new growth starting on the pot surface already.

Is this the BE clone or another clone?

The only other info on the label is "assorted clones", not really useful.
