Need seasoned grower's opinion on my flytrap's health

Hello I've owned a venus fly trap for about a week now and was hoping someone could tell me if it is looking healthy and what i can do to improve its living conditions if possible. Kept under an incandescent grow light for about 12 hours a day and watered once every day or other day(depending on how dry media has gotten) http://i.imgur.com/nlgU8Im.jpg

P.s. sorry i couldn't post bb code directly I can't seem to sign in to imgur directly through browser without getting 403 error.

They look fine right now, but like your sarrcenia flytraps will really do best outdoors. They'll develop deeper colors and receive the environmental cues they need to go dormant in the winter.

I agree, the plant looks healthy but would do better outside. Also you can just put the links you have into the insert image box and they will show up in your post. No need for BBCode at all.

Thanks guys i moved my sarracenia outside and i will do the same for my fly trap although i do fear the fly trap will get leaf burn

it will get some type of sunburn that's why get it used to the sunlight little by little to prevent major sun burn. I used to have some venus flytraps under lights but they weren't doing great until I moved them outdoors.
