You can use a toothpick or small brush to "scoop" the pollen into an airtight container. 35mm film containers work great,but you could just as well put it in some tin foil. You have to use it within a couple weeks though, as polles does not stay viable long. so if you have another flower about to open you're in good shape. If not you can self pollinate but it's not always as effective as cross pollination.
