Can I use natural spring water (thats what it says on the bottle) Or not? They don't sell distilled water anymore.

I would not advise spring water. Spring water does not mean it is low in minerals. Sometimes they add a little sodium to it to make it taste better and all this information does not have to be printed on the label.
