N. rafflesiana seedlings!

  • #41
Nice, my "nivea" is coming around now.

I've got two little seedlings of this species and there not growing but there not terming brown any more so I'm hopping they start growing. This thread makes me want them to go into beauty like yours

After repotting already the newest leaves are making massive size jumps. These pitchers were already open or in the process of forming, so I have yet to see what gems are to come from the repot, but they look nice anyway

I received notice recently that there are in fact a small percentage of x hookeriana within this batch (one person who received one from me has a very large, very handsome fat plant now), so some of these squatter "raffs" may in fact turn out as such.

And, it may be just a fluke but one of my darkest squat plants has what appears to be the beginnings of a couple winged tendrils. Here's hoping it turns out as a var. alata

Been a long time since I put an update here...

This particular plant is probably the fastest of the bunch, and has some nice pattern forming

Definitely love this one

And there's nice contrast here

Suspect this might turn out to be a rogue hookeriana however

Long time since an update, not a lot of pics since several were repotted due to soil issues and have not yet recovered, but there are some interesting developments...

This clone appears to be turning into a "var. alata;" in several images you can see the winged tendril forming, and each new pitcher it gets more pronounced

I've kind of stopped posting here and just included them in my main photo thread.
