N. gentle question!

hi i just bought a matured n.gentle with 3 ,6 inch pitchers...but unfortunately all the 3 pitchers are drying up...anyway, someone did a cutting on this n gentle and now it has small leaves with 2-3 inch pitchers...how long will the plant get "matured" again?
