Mystery Nepenthes on the 'Bay

Item #271158821283...............name that plant. I can't help but notice the interesting leaf physiology, sort of like my spatulata x hamata or mikei. Is it spelled spatulata or spathulata? I swear, I see it spelled both ways in different places and would like a definitive answer.

Looks like a small ventricosa or ventrata to me. Also second spelling is correct.
