My venus flytrapis eating all my others

please could someone hlep me becuase my venus fly trap keeps eating allof my sunflowers and how could i prevent this becuase i have a garden full of sunflowers and in my green house

What type of trap is it? how big/small? how long? how many traps has it got? what colour is it (reports of blue venus fly traps) How is it grown? is it in the right compost mixture? are u using the right water? do u water it enough?

At the moment my VFT has 10 growing points and each growth point with 100 traps on it, it took me about 100 years to grow, and has been passed down from my grandmother, when it was a very small creature.
