My venus fly trap cauht a bug by it self

But now im thinking it mite have bin some debree
 
First off, move out of that cave.   The echo is terrible

If your trap has sealed around the edges, then most likely it caught a bug.  If it has a little gap then it's probably debree and will open back up in about 24 hrs.  Traps seldom close and seal on debree because the trigger hairs have to be stimulated even after the trap closes.  This is usually done by the bug moving around in the closed trap looking for a way out.
