My new cephalotus

Here is my first Cephalotus, which I bought recently. Very cool plant!

Wow, I got one from Tony a couple of days ago!

It's pretty small (1" diameter), but it has two growing points. Did I mention it was a giant?

I keep mine on the shallow tray, and I let it evaporate all the way before adding more. Seems to work well.

lithopsman,

Yeah, that's the method I'm using too (shallow tray). I'm keeping it outdoors, and I think the San Francisco climate should be about perfect for it.

If you look real close, you can see the second pitcher growing next to the big one. Mine's not a "giant" (I'm now jealous of you.)

Let me know how yours is going and if you have any tips on care and maintenence!
