To answer that question, you need to supply a photograph and a complete history of this plant, so we can know how it's been cared for and what the problem might be.

If it's your same N. talangensis x burbidgeae that was buried in moss, the only to know is to show is to show us pictures of the tissue that's left over so that the damage and possibility of rehabilitation can be assessed. You'll also need to elaborate on what conditions you're going to give to help the plant recover, if it's possible at all.
