Mite pests+ inchworm pest need help

hello, i have a mite problem can any one help me out with it?

i have a 30 gallon long terrarium in my room and i have a major mite problem I'm looking for a non harsh way to remove them, my tank has no drainage so i cant have a harsh chemical sitting in my water pool decaying an poisoning the tank but the mites are eating up my plants there is at least 4 kinds some are small white dots some are brown an one kind looks like a TINY white fly and i cant identify any of the others there to small to see almost. what treatment is best for removal of mites i ordered orthonex but my plants dont do well when i use it on them and it does not kill all the mites they come back.... thx for reading an for any help!

Would a temporary drownng of the pests work, instead of using chemicals? You could try that first. It wouildn't hurt the plants.

Sounds good
how long would i need to flood it to kill all the pest's?

i have vft's, pings, sarrs, and sundews in the tank.
