miniature heliamphora

While doing my routine morning checks, I discovered one of my pulchellas has an adult pitcher and flower.

Not unusual in itself.... but these are both less then 1" tall

Ive never seen such a tiny heli flower...or such a tiny heli have a flowering cycle, very cool looking indeed.

Will post pics this evening...

Wow, that is hilarious, just last night, I was thinking about discovering a miniature heli in bloom, that I would discover and name it after me :p. That's pretty cool butch!

(puts tin foil hat on) c12 have you been spying on my helis?

hehehehehe :p

Wow that's pretty awesome! Gotta love miniature Carnivores, especially a Heliamphora like this.

That is kind of incredible o_O

Hi,
My H. pulchella (Chimanta Tepui) did the same a couple of years ago but aborted before it fully opened. The next flower it sent up was normal sized and did open. I just love Heli :)

cheers
