Yes, meal worms are fine for venus flytraps. Just make sure the worms are small enough to fit in the traps. A good rule of thumb is the insect should be 3/4 the size of the trap it will be going into.

Just be sure the worms are caught. I think i read somewhere that if they get free they can infest the plant's soil.
