Lighting for vft?

any recommendations for the best artificial lighting for vft?  I want to have the option of using inside lighting when the weather is bad. I have 8 vfts in 5 inch pots.

Check out the lighting thread in the terrarium forum for a very in depth discussion. Or, quick answer, buy a $10 shoplight at Home Depot (the kind that takes two 4' long T8 bulbs) and two cool white T8 bulbs to go with it.

what do you use as a reflector on the shop hood? I don't care much for tinfoil. Also can you go smaller than 4 ft lights?
