LED Lighting question

Recently, I got myself a nice 11.USD Red Blue LED from Walmart
But I wonder if I should change it or it will do fine
and what effects they put on the plant.

I have 2 on my plants for a couple days now. They seem to be doing Okay. Won't know how good it is until later.
