I am not too sure whats going on can you be a bit more specific on its growing conditions?
The only thing I can think of at the moment is that maybe its not getting enough lighting.

All of them? Just a few? The new leaves? The old leaves? The whole leaf just the tips or edges? What kind of water do you use? How long have you had the plant? What kind of light does it get?
The more information you can give the easier and the more precise the answer can be and the more likely we can figure out what is wrong and correct it.
