LEAF CUTTING PROPAGATION

When you propagate from leaf cuttings; is it a head start
or am I just doing the same as starting out from seed? Will it mature faster?

I've read in this forum that if you want the true characteristics from the parent plant; then you must divide
or propagate leaf cutting. Is this true?

Hi,
I've read that taking a cutting from a mature VFT will grow a new mature plant in about 2 years. Normal I think is 5? Someone correct me if I'm wrong....

Thanks for the info. It sounds right to me; guess there's only one way to find out. I've always wanted to start VFT'S from seed as well, just so I can say I did it and I think they would be cute as all get out !
