So the new terrarium (neps and drosera) is going great by all appearences, but a couple questions. I have a small sprite fan (computer cooling fan) inside to circulate air. When I ran it constantly, the humidity got as little low as the terr. is not perfectly sealed up. So I added broader trays for evaporation, and set the fan to operate 1/2 hour out of every 2 hours. Problem solved, but is that enough airflow to keep fungus at bay? alternately I could get into a fogger or somesuch, but it currently runs between 60 and 80% R.H., and temps from 60 to 105 F (when it was really hot here).
How effective are the decorative fogger-type deals, or what kind of affordable setup works for using evaporative media through which air is drawn (this is only a 16 cu. ft. terrarium)?
