Everything minus the pygmies (of which I only posted pics of the scorp and pulchella) is in a 20 long tank, ~80F, 50-60% humidity. The smaller, rosette species are directly underneath a 2x18w T5NO and I have two clamp lights, each I believe with a 26w daylight CFL, providing light for the larger and less light-demanding plants near the back.
The only one I have had the same issues with as you have is the venusta. It was a deep red color without dew and now is only producing dew and getting paler in color. No idea why...
