Hi, first time I've viewed this forum. So far, so good. Ferns grow like weeds here in Singapore. I planted several cryptanthus (earth stars) in a display of lava stones. Within a few weeks, ferns appeared and started growing. Ferns also grow in my cacti pots etc. yet I don't have the heart to pull them out. So long as they don't start to 'choke' my other plants I'll leave them for now.
