to stick my VFT and pitcher plant in and I am wonering how much I should water them and it doesn't have a drainage hole or anything so how much do you think I should water them.?

Hello,
Put about one inch of perlite on the bottom of the bowl, to act as drainage, and water with distilled, bottled, or purified water ONLY! With tap water you have a 95% chance of killing your plants! Treat it as a mini bog, with my mini bogs I water untill the water level is about 2 inches under the soil level, then water again once there is no more water in the perlite 'tray'. Good luck!

P.S.- your plants will do fine as long as you give them good airation and don't water too much.
