I want to ship a healthy D.filiformis to someone in country;
I searched the forums and came up empty...
I'm imagining a crush-proof carton, with the whole plant in a ziploc or two in water, then sending it as fast as possible.... would this be right???
PS if this is answered elsewhere, please just link me to it

Thanks!!

I take the plant,wash off the soil,wrap the roots with spag moss or a wet paper towel.Place it in a zip-lock bag,put a rubber band around the bag where the roots are to hold it and the moss/paper towel in place.You can also blow air in the bag before sealing it and it will keep it from getting smushed around in the box.Just put some news paper/insulation/packing peanuts,what ever you have in the box and your good to go!
