Highland Greenhouse Light Levels

I have an opportunity to borrow a light meter from the photography department at my college and was wanting to use it to fine tune the 4ft - 4bulb t5's I am using in my grow tent. Does anybody know the average amount of Lumens of light intensity that strike the surface of the plants in a typical highland greenhouse?

We have discussed this many times in the German community.
I grow my highland neps at about 15000lux and heliamphora at 20000lux
This is also minimum for me and more would better.
