Help with seeds

I am horrible with planting from seeds, but i want to grow some plants that are avaliable only in seed form. No matter how i try and follow directions, i always kill my seeds.

I was wondering if there was some way to mail seeds to someone, they grow them until they are ok to ship, and i pay shipping and they keep half the plants (or, if they dont want half the plants, we can work out some way to pay them for their time and effort)
