H. tatei var. nebliae flowering.

Hey, I just noticed my H. tatei var neblinae (when did they stop calling it H. neblinae?) has rewarded my repotting it by flowering. Woohoo, my first Heliamphora flower! Anyway, can I self-pollinate my plant? Does it make more than one flower? And are seeds worthwhile or do they take years to grow up?

I have never heard of a possible teqnique for pollinating Heliamphora, I was unsuccessfull pollinating my H. nutans flower, but then how would they get crosses? I have heard heat helps pollinate it, I would just put bugs in the tank. I think seeds would be worth it if you were patient, otherwise I would cut the flower
