Gemmae help!

i just got in Gemmae for D. Scorpiodes and i dont know what to plant them in.
Is LFS ok?
or should i go with peat moss or something?
Thanks alot
Hellz

Peat moss and sand I find is the best mixture. I have not tried LFS due to their high moisture but would probably work. If you use 50/50 perlite and peat, then layer the top 1/2" with pure peat so the Gemmae can root easier.

Here is a article written a while back by our own Tamlin.. Have a read it should answer just about all your questions of Pygmy Drosera.... pygmy drosera article

I wouldn`t use sphagnum as it grows and will sufocate your pygmys. I learned that the hard way,and had to repot. I would use 50\50 or 25\75 peat\sand preferabley the sand being sand blasting sand, and the peat being washed. You can use perlite too if you want, but I don`t like perlite anymore.
