Looks like a N. khasiana.

Now how on earth did you know that? It's in a nursery I hardly ever use which is rather overgrown, so I just went out to check and yes, two adjacent N. khasiana are 'holding hands'. That's the most impressive feat of Nepenthes ID'ing that I've ever heard of. Either that or a darned lucky guess!
