Yea, the traps. Cause mine won't flower and it won't make traps. :c

Huh? Picture what picture? Did you post a picture? I really dunno what you are talking about.

Are we talking Genlisia? You don't see the traps really unless you are growing it in some water vase to let the traps come down into the water.. otherwise they are in the soil. The same could be said for most Utrics too. Although Utricularia are more likely to grow out the drainholes into the pan of water and show their traps, I think.

Longest roots are a few inches deeper then the picture. I've got to say, its grown far more since i've re-potted it.
