Feeding young Cephs

Have a little clump of young cephs in my lowland terrarium, they seem to like it since they're putting out new green growth. I wanted to know if it is ok to feed them some maxsea with a syringe, maybe a small squirt. Their pitchers are a good small size but aren't the large mature pitchers.
