Dragonflies and Jewel Beetles (?)

NemJones

I Am the Terror Of the Night!
I came home to a very light sprinkling of rain, seems to be enough to
make the dragons take refuge. I found this big one under our umbrella.
I didnt think I was going to be able to get so close without spooking

Walking to the greenhouse, I saw a beetle drowning in the Capensis' Water basin.
Upon closer inspection, it seems to be a jewel beetle, about the size of a small peanut.
Does anybody know what this is??
