It sounds like it. Those "grass-blade-like" leaves are called Phylodia (spelling? Some one help a me out here). They are basically aborted pitchers. My understanding is that Sarrs will produce these as they begin dormancy. Also, pitchers can wither and brown, but this is normal. New ones will grow in the spring. This is the time of year when you should see this, and you should put your Sarrs that are dormant in cooler, less lighted conditions (like the fridge, but see the dormancy topic in the general forum before you decide) until spring.
