Yes, the movie does look cool and interesting. It may turn out to be an allegory about racism and other prejudices.

I was fairly interested it in seeing the film, it seems to have a Half Life 2 vibe to it (like JRF mentioned). But I've read on several forums now that a lot of people are thinking the same thing as you, that it will be a racism/prejudice allegory. Unless it gets really amazing reviews I'll wait til it hits DVD.
