D. binata

i'm about to trade for a D. Binata and maybe "marstons dragon"

i want to grow both of these in a 75 gallon aquarium. its 18 inches tall, 18 inches wide, and 48 inches long. they will be under 4 VHO grolights and it'll be a constant 80 degrees. does this sound ok? do they NEED a dormancy or is it optional? i hear many conflicting opinions about dormancy. this is binata (t form) by the way.

A dormancy is not a requirement for them, my plants get one, but one year they did not. They still stoped growing that winter inspite of the higher temps, and light.

so they will just "stop" and not die back? ok good!! do you think 80 degrees all the time is too warm?

this person also said that D filiformis does not require a dormancy. i've always been told it does.

this person also says that mexican pings dont need a dry dormancy.

please someone offer advice to me?
