D. adelae from leaf/root cuttings?

The title is kinda self explanatory, can i take leaf or root cuttings from drosera adelae? Will they survive?

Thanks
Dave

Under proper conditions almost any tiny piece of living tissue from Drosea adelae will regenerate into plant or more often plants.

I took a leaf cutting from my D. adelae, and it produced 25 plants from that one leaf.

D. adelae is tenacious about life.

I've had many plants grow from what seemed like a dead plant. Dang them! They have this tendency to like to be watered...

Sweeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeet

I'll go cut my adelae up now. I'll plant it like capensis just to be safe. Can it be sown in dirt, or should it be floated in water?

That depends on which technique you favor. I prefer floating in water, but Drosera adelae I float on a film of water above media and let the water level drop as the plantlets form.
