If you have fans inside a terrarium circulating the air does it reduce the temperatures inside?

Fans won't affect the temp of the air in your terrarium unless they are causing air outside the terrarium to be drawn in. It may feel cooler in front of a fan but thats the moisture evaporating from your skin taking the heat with it. A fan just moves air around.
