Cephs making me wary...

Hello all, I have been watching my cephs lately, and noticed what I think is a sickliness coming over them, starting with this one:

I'm doubtful this is a humidity/temperature issue, as they've been happy with this setup for over 10 months. The humidity ranges from 70-95%, and temperatures are usually around 78-82 during the day, and 66-70 at night. There is also good airflow, although I generally keep the enclosure covered entirely.
Anyways, next, my larger ceph has started acting sickly as well, after exhibiting very green, relatively fast growth. Some of the young pitchers appear to be shriveling and darkening ever so slightly, and getting a texture similar to that of rough manilla paper.

I have allowed this one to get a little drier than usual, I will admit. It has been repotted fairly recently, and the soil dried faster than I was expecting.

Here are some others I feel are affected:

This all just might be me (the big one has never colored much), but I think something's up. I also upped lighting to 4 t4 HO bulbs a few months ago, but I doubt that'd have any ill effect.

Any ideas?

Im not a ceph expert, but your plants look pretty healthy to me...

What is your watering routine and your soil mix?

Sorry for the slow reply, I water them to moderate dampness when the soil gets close(ish) to being dry, and they're in a 1:1:1 peat: orchid bark: perlite.
Most are about the same as they were at the time of the original posting, but the largest (in the blue pot) has developed small brown/dark speckles. I'll take some pictures later.
